Netta Architects was retained by NRIA to design their new 124 unit mixed use retail and residential building in the heart of Delray Beach. Located one block off Atlantic Avenue the proposed 8-story LEED Certified Building will house an expansive amenities deck with pool and a 350 car parking deck.
