Netta Architects is providing architectural services for a Design-Build delivery of an 803 car-parking deck expansion for Mount Sinai Medical Center. Netta Architects teamed with KVC Construction, a highly regarded parking deck contractor, and POMA Architectural Metals, an award-wining metal and fabrication company. The unique design entails a 6-level garage that connect to an existing parking garage that is over capacity. Additionally, the new garage is in close proximity to the Perlman Institute, thus creating a logistical and phasing challenge.
The new deck’s striking architectural facade was designed to complement the existing garage, as well as enhance the aesthetic feel of the surrounding environment.
