Jim Johnston has 30+ years of diverse experience in Business Development. Having designed and managed numerous projects, Mr. Johnston has creatively utilized his unique combination of technical expertise, knowledge of environmental regulations, and real estate to successfully manage numerous complex environmental site assessments for real estate transfers and development. In addition to his technical experience, he is a regulatory specialist regarding the various environmental regulations governing hazardous materials/waste. Mr. Johnston is also fluent in risk management, loss prevention, and contract management issues.
